Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles and cans.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order. But you can contact us at laratanner@herbgurubrand.com to cancel your order before it’s ships.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. However, if there was damage during shipment, please contact us at laratanner@herbgurubrand.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

All orders over $100 ship for free! Orders below $100 will ship for varying rates based on sale amount.
Herb Guru Brand reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
We are sorry to hear that happened. E-mail us at service@herbgurubrand.com with an image of the damage and we will re-ship a replacement product to you free of charge.
Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If there is a problem with your package, please e-mail us at laratanner@herbgurubrand.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
All orders received will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). We have worked with a variety of carriers to negotiate the best possible postage rates to deliver in the fastest time possible. You should expect your order to arrive in approximately one week, give or take a few days.
